Match Maker

Set Up

Lay out cards face up, either 9 cards in a 3x3 array or 12 cards in a 3x4 array. Place the rest of the cards face down to be the draw pile.

Goal

Try to match all of the cards in your deck.

Directions

This can be played single player or with others by taking turns. Flip a card from your Draw Pile one at a time. When it matches one of the cards in your array, take both cards and place them in your Collection Pile. Replace the blank spot in your array with a card from your Draw Pile. Continue until all of the cards are matched up and in your Collection Pile.

Variations

Way to make pairs include:

• Same number
• Make 10 (the two numbers added together equals 10)
• Same answer (for math facts or multiplication representation cards)
